Solway's Marine Consultation - add your voice to the conversation

So for those of you that made it to EAFS - The Friday night gathering in Gretna will possibly still have some of the debate surrounding energy and 'our' land in Dumfries and Galloway rumaging around in your thoughts - the conversation about renewables is being held, so to be a part of that conversation in regards to the Solway, get along to one of these upcoming events -

Marine Scotland is currently undertaking consultation on drafts of the Scottish:
National Marine Plan
Marine Plans for Offshore Wind, Wave and Tidal Energy
Possible Nature Conservation Marine Protected Areas

These documents will shape the future of the Solway Firth and anyone with an interest in the coast and sea is urged to attend one of the local consultation events being held over the next couple of weeks. Marine Scotland will explain more about the consultation, answer any questions you have and help you to make a well informed response. Events are free and open to all.
