from D+G Arts Festival

WagTongues, Dumfries & Galloway’s Writers’ Collective is popping up with a two-day bookshop in Castle Douglas.
Not only will many of the region’s writers have their books on sale, they will be offering a series of free readings, mini writing workshops, author interviews and a chance for readers to meet and chat informally with the authors.

A wide range of books will be on sale: memoir, poetry, non-fiction, artists books and novels in many genres.

  1. Excellent. Any idea whereabouts in castle Douglas it might pop up? I would not like to miss it.

  2. Hello Alistair! It's going to be in John Low's, the former newsagent in King Street. Aiming for a sympathetic transformation, with a few typewriter ribbons available.
