The excellent PAR+RS website (Public Art Research + Resource Scotland) is looking for new editor. The performance artist Ruth Barker has run PAR+RS since its inception in 2007 and done a superb job - Ruth is now starting on a practice-led Phd at Newcastle Uni and moving on from the website.
