D+G Literary Forum at Wigtown on Friday

Dear Colleague,
You are invited to the D&G Literary Development Forum Meeting from 12.30-1.30pm in the Bookshop Garden, Wigtown, on Friday 30th September. THIS IS AN OPEN MEETING.
The forum provides an opportunity for people and organisations involved with literature development in the region to network, consider future national and regional developments and to discuss priorities and opportunities.
If you do intend to come I’d appreciate you sending and
Friday is also an excellent day to visit the Wigtown Book Festival. Look out for these free Wigtown Ink events:
11.00 am Dumfries Writers 2011 poetry and prose. Come and meet members of one of the region’s most active and successful creative writing groups.
3.30 pm Blogging the Middle East. Robin Yassin-Kassab author if the Road to Damascus keeps his finger on the pulse of world events from Castle Douglas - http://www.qunfuz.blogspot.com/
4.30 JoAnne McKay and Vivien Jones: Bloodlines – two award winning poets inspired by family connections.
