Environmental artist Hwang Ji-hae will present a garden based on the DeMilitarised Zone between the two Koreas at next years Chelsea Flower Show. Hwang won a gold medal at Chelsea last year and is interested in the poetic qualities of this space created and 'protected' by war and the unique plants that grow there.
