Edinburgh Art Festival





Open Call out for Submissions 2012

Edinburgh Art Festival are pleased to announce the call for submissions to be a part of EAF 2012 (2 August to 2 September 2012).  We invite proposals for projects conceived specifically for the Festival, by practitioners, curators and organisations working in the field of visual art, visual culture, or more broadly, from within Edinburgh, the UK and Internationally.  Submissions will be reviewed by a selection panel and successful applicants will feature in the festival guide, map and website.
Successful applicants will be asked to pay a £250 (inc VAT) participation fee (a reduced fee of £90 inc VAT will be charged for one-off events or very short exhibitions).  If you/your organisation is unable to afford the participation fee, you may be eligible for a discretionary bursary.  Bursaries will only be awarded in exceptional cases of need, and following submission of a certified financial statement. 

Deadline for all applications: Friday 2 March, 5pm
Decision will be communicated to all applicants: 19 and 20 March
