Local towns amongst most 'vulnerable' nationally

The Scottish Agricultural College has survey 90 rural Scots towns and concluded that 3 D+G towns are in the top 15 most vulnerable to an economic downturn.
The report places Stranraer 4th, Sanquhar 5th and Dumfries 14th on the list.
