Journalism interns - Wigtown Booktown.




Wigtown Book Festival is offering two journalism internships at this  year’s festival, working in partnership with CABN, funded by Creative Scotland and the Dumfries and Galloway LEADER programme.  Interns will have the  opportunity to gain experience in events management, interviewing and editorial in a multi-media context, mentored by a professional team. For young writers over the age of 17  interested in a career in broadcast, journalism or radio production.  Whilst there is no salary, travel, expenses and accommodation in or near Wigtown will be provided. Full-time from Wednesday 26th September to Tuesday 9th October.
