Art and the Biosphere 
New Galloway Catstrand 7pm 15 Nov.

Join us to find out how artists have been inspired and influenced by the ideas behind the Biosphere. 
Discover how a group of the region’s artists began to explore the concepts of the biosphere following a Learning Journey to Slovakia 
Take a Voyage into the unknown with Jo Hodges and Robbie Coleman and their Biosphere Dark Skies residency 
Find out how the Giants in the Forest inspired young people in the Glenkens 

Launch of Will Levi Marshall's Ploughshare a sculpture over 5 miles long in the Galloway Hills!! 

Starting at 7pm the evening will involve a mixture of short talks, film, readings and audio, followed by an informal reception with a chance to meet those involved, discuss new ideas and an opportunity to view the works inspired by the Biosphere. FREE Thursday 15th November 7pm no tickets!
