The Future is Rural....

This is a brilliant wee video (it is 13 mins long, but worth sticking with it) by Vinay Gupta about his vision of how the the future may well be rural rather than urban-centric. It is all about how emerging economies will leapfrog the old world and jump to where we would like to be now without the messy and expensive step of all moving to cities first.
His idea reminds me that the first mobile phone I ever saw was in a Yurt in a travelling community
