Wagtongues Pop-Up Bookshop @ The Stove

WagTongues for Book Week Scotland

All hail The Stove! Wagtongues, the pop-up bookshop selling books by the region's writers and publishers, is materialising in Dumfries during Book Week Scotland.It will be at The Stove on Thursday, 28th November and Friday 29th November, opening at noon both days, with late night closing on the Thursday as thats Christmas Lights switch-on in Dumfries

In conjunction with the bookshop, there will be a programme of literary events - readings, interviews, mini-workshops - for both days.
 WagTongues is open to all D and G writers and publishers who want to sell their books: there is no commission charged. It's run entirely by volunteers from the Writers' Collective, and we're crowdsourcing the money we need to make it happpen. 

Some of the amazing books by local writers that you will be able to buy at Wagtongues (NOT available in most bookshops)
