Christmas @ CatStrand

Two Christmassy Christmas things at the CatStrand:

A classical selection of your Christmas favourites will be performed by critically acclaimed singers accompanied by the Greyfriars concerts Ensemble including the works, O Holy Night, Hark the Herald and the Coventary Carol. Come and join in with the fun and sing your way to Christmas. A celebration not to be missed.



Forgotten Carol’s: The Feral Choir
Friday 20 December   7.30pm                        £10/8

This beautiful and atmospheric concert of carols woven together with readings of contemporary poetry and prose has become an essential part of Galloway’s winter celebrations. It features “forgotten” carols originating from Britain’s rich folk traditions. This year the soloist will be Kate Howard.
