The Fankle - Open for Flash Fiction Submissions

The Fankle - Dumfries and Galloway's only origami literary pamphlet - is seeking contributions for its Flash Fiction special from writers living and working in the region. There's no theme, but stories must be limited to 250 words (and the shorter the better). Deadline is the 31st December.

"In these tweeting, texting, short-attention-spanned times, we’re all masters of compression these days so 250 words should be acres of room. If you failed at NaNoWriMo then don’t despair, let’s make December NaFlaFiMo (national Flash Fiction Month) instead."

Fankle issue 18 is out now and is available in shops around the region for just 50p a copy.
