Conference of Light

An interesting conference on light in regeneration and heritage contexts is taking place in Chester next month. Speakers will include Herv√© Descottes (founder of lighting design consultancy ‘LObservatoire and 2012 Lumen Award Winner for work on New York’s High Line), Shona McCarthy (Chief Executive of Derry-Londonderry City of Culture 2013), Nayan Kulkarni (artist of place and light, co-winner of a Corus Structural Steel Award in 2009), David Cotterrell (artist of encounters and intersections and Professor of Fine Art at Sheffield Hallam University).
