'People and Places' - New Show@McGill Duncan Gallery

McGill Duncan Gallery launch their new exhibition 'People and Places' this Easter Saturday, the 19th April between 11am and 1pm. The exhibition
celebrates portraiture in diverse forms from wood carving and collage to
oil paint. The 'Places' vary from France and India to the North of
Scotland.
Ewan McClure - 'Self-Portrait'
During the Opening, one of Scotland's finest portrait
painters, Ewan
McClure, will be painting a portrait of artist and picture framer Leo
Blamire. Ewan is used to painting in the public eye - he was the
Scottish Finalist in Sky Arts Portrait Painter of the Year 2013. In the
same year he was a selected artist for the prestigious BP Portrait
Award. Drinks will be served, all welcome. The exhibition runs until 14th June 2014 www.mcgillduncangallery.com
