WALK with Robert Twigger
Sunday 4th May 2014
How can walking add to the sum of happiness? Writer Robert Twigger's expeditions have included crossing Egypt's western desert on foot. He talks about his e-book Walk, which looks at the power of walking to inspire and bring peace and explores ways everyone can benefit. Twigger is a winner of the William Hill Award for Sports Book of the Year and author of the critically acclaimed Red Nile, a biography of the world's longest river.
