Piping Design Competition

Design Competition

£100 Prize for the winning design!
Deadline: Wednesday 11th June midday.

The recently formed 'South West Scotland Piping and Drumming Academy' is looking for a logo, they are offering £100 prize for a winning design!! 
Open to all ages and abilities.

Create a logo and /or typography that includes the letters SWSPDA and the full name 'South West Scotland Piping and Drumming Academy'.

The wining design will be memorable and relevant and will be applied to various stationary e.g. application form, letterhead and business card. The design will be used online and on paper. It could be highly graphic or with a hand drawn feel...

If you have the time and ideas then get your design head on and submit a Jpeg image by midday next Wednesday 11th June to <cateliza@rocketmail.com>. You may submit as many images as you wish. The winner will be notified by Tuesday 17th June.

After selection the winning design copyright will remain with the artist and the SWSPDA will be allowed to use it in any size/medium at any time.

SWSPDA is a mixed age collective of pipers and drummers supporting pipe and drum bands across Dumfries and Galloway and hosting an annual summer school. If you would like any more information about this competition please contact Cate Ross:
