Flourish is a mentoring and training programme for Creative Businesses which have been established for at least two years. It is for those who have achieved a level of success but need some time to refine their vision. It is for lone traders as well as limited companies and not just for those focused on growth. As well as training (which includes a 3 day Founder focus course, this year taking place in Melrose), the programme gives financial support and matches participants with a mentor from the Creative Industries in Scotland.
