Tae See Oursels

August & September 2014, across Scotland
2014 is a big year for Scotland. We’re delighted to support touring film season ‘To See Oursels’, which will visit six venues across Scotland, offering audiences the chance tae think again about questions of Scottish history, culture and identity.
This thought-provoking season combines a range of Scottish films and TV dramas, expert introductions and panel discussions, to shine a spotlight on some of the key ways, past and present, in which Scotland has understood itself.
Special guests include Bill Forsyth, director of Local HeroJohn Byrne, writer of Your Cheatin’ Heart and King Creosote, composer of the From Scotland with Love soundtrack.
