What
The D&G based artists' book collective Iris, who curated the 2009 exhibition Books of Place, Identity, Memory, is now curating a collaborative Book of Magic, Power, Presence. Artists are invited to submit one image and 100 words of creative text on the theme. Each selected artist will have a double page spread in the book.

Timescale
Immediate: send for Artist's Brief
30 June 2011: deadline for digital submissions
Autumn 2011: publication

Cost
All artists selected for inclusion will be asked to contribute a fee of £15 towards costs. Each artist will receive a copy of the book. Further copies can be bought by artists at cost price.
