Public School

from Mike McCallum

A programme of workshops supported and facilitated by Edinburgh College of Art
with: Sovay Berriman, Stephen Hurrell, Chris Evans & Natasha Soobramanien
Join us in active workshops that take the Portobello townscape as their point of departure to explore what makes art public and what public art might become.
As a contribution to Big Things on the Beach’s Public Art Fest, the School of Art at Edinburgh College of Art are supporting PUBLIC SCHOOL, three workshops designed to creatively engage with the festival’s key question ‘what makes art public’?
The Workshops happen over the week of 29th August - they are free and no previous experience of public art is required
