Inverness - Sublime

This month IOTA invites you to Sublime - cinema with a difference, a gallery without walls. Screening artists' films, documentaries, shorts and classic features from all over the world - Jerusalem to Cape Wrath, Stirling to Hawaii, Glasgow to Mexico, it uses Inverness' multi-storey car park as a backdrop. Be transported.

Thursday 22nd - Saturday 24th September 2011
The Old Town Rose Street Car Park, Inverness, IV1 1NQ

On each evening there will be screenings of artists' films on the roof top of the car park; along with a full day of film, talk, music and food on Saturday and temporary installations of work by Francis Alÿs and Nicholas Provost.

All events are FREE on a first come-first served basis. Sublime is funded by Creative Scotland and supported by YUM! Café, serving all the cinema snacks you'll need. YUM! will be staying open until 7.30pm especially for the evening screenings and providing FREE popcorn. So wrap up warm and we'll see you on the rooftop.
