One for the diary...Arts Services in Dumfries and Galloway

Arts Services in Dumfries and Galloway – Stakeholder Seminar
Friday 28 October 10am – 4pm Dalbeattie Town Hall
Dumfries and Galloway Council currently has an opportunity to work with the national arts body Creative Scotland and other key partners to inform the shape of arts services to be delivered in our region over the coming years.
To help us do this we are inviting individuals and organisations with a professional interest in the arts in Dumfries and Galloway to join us for a stakeholder seminar on Friday 28 October at Dalbeattie Town Hall.
If you are interested in attending this event please email arts@dumgal.gov.uk or call Gracefield Arts Centre on 01387 262084 and we will send you further information and a booking form. Please note that places are limited so early booking is advised.

  1. Great to see dgArts pushing this event through their mailing list and obviously they will be a key voice in the discussion. Going back to their Board's letter to the blog: http://thecommonty.blogspot.com/2011/09/response-from-dgarts.html

...there was reference to a new business plan that dgArts have shared with DGC and other stakeholders - it would be incredibly useful for this plan to be generally available in advance of Octobers meeting. The old business plan used to be available as a download through the dgArts website - could the new one be added in the same way?
