Denise Zygadlo exhibition at the Mill on the Fleet.

Dumfries based artist Denise Zygadlo is showing new work in The Mill Exhibition Centre, Gatehouse of Fleet from 18th August to 23rd September.
The show will take the form of an installation of silk chiffon hangings printed with life size images of wrapped bodies.
The relationship between the human body and cloth from cradle to grave has long been the focus of Denise’s work and The Mill is an ideal exhibition space with its four large windows providing an excellent source of natural light.
Denise works with photocopied images, “for their particular quality”, rather than photographs and will also be showing canvas wall mounted work continuing the theme.
There will be a short performance at the launch by the artist accompanied by Florencia Garcia Chafuen Rigg, to music created for the piece by Rudi Zygadlo.
