| Another memorable day in the granite town as D+G reviewed the last 12 months of progress in the arts. 2 years ago things looked pretty bleak - today there was smile in Dalbeattie and a swagger the envy of anywhere in Alba.......watch this space |
Rather surprised that the local members didn't quite get that nobody was asking for the ring fencing of the arts at local area committee level. Seems like the suggestion of training workshops on the benefits both socially and economically to the region for both members and officers is creakingly overdue.
