They bring their show THE RED EARTH & REVIVAL! to New Cample Farm:
‘The Red Earth’ is a love story, first performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2010, which follows two generations of Mairi’s family to China and back to Scotland, and tracks their encounters with danger and death and their resilience in the face of great trials.‘Revival!’ turns around the story of Mairi’s grandfather (on the other side of the family) from his childhood in Argyll through his adventures in music, religion and war. Performed for the first time at this year’s Festival Fringe one viewer described the show as ‘beautiful, subtle, funny, brilliant, and spellbinding’.
The Cast tell the stories in words,
music and original songs in a simple but powerful presentation.
