Defrosting a 90 Year Old Fridge

Fulton Market Cold Storage Company building was constructed in 1920 and has been in operation ever since. The cold storage business has changed of late and now the company has decided to relocate. A bicycle component business is taking over the building, but first the entire structure needs to be defrosted, like a domestic freezer, to remove the accumulate ice of nine decades
