Galloway Paintings Exhibition - Opens this afternoon

A quick one for this morning, the opening is only two hours away! 

McGill Duncan Gallery in Castle Douglas is opening its ever popular Galloway Paintings Exhibition on Saturday. The annual exhibition draws interest from national and international art collectors.

Pimms will be served in the gallery on Saturday 3rd August between 11 am and 1 pm to mark the opening

The selling exhibition includes work by Charles Oppenheimer RSA RSW 1875 - 1961, William Hanna Clarke 1882 - 1924, James Faed Jnr 1856 - 1920 and Jessie Marion King 1875 - 1974. The art market for these Galloway Paintings is as strong as ever with many of the works sold already.

Catch it while you can, it runs for the next three weeks - until the 24th August.
