Nominations cannot be made anonymously, but nominees and winners will not be told who has nominated them You may nominate yourself, but include testimonials from others to help your entry
Nominations close on Friday 17 October 2014. Winners will be announced at the special celebration lunch at Easterbrook Hall on Friday 28 November 2014
The Dumfries & Galloway Life Overall Winner and Special Award will be chosen by the judges from among the category winners
We recommend that you write up your nomination in Word and copy and paste your text into the online form
