Freelance co-ordinator at Burnley Library

CO-ORDINATOR - BURNLEY Temporary Freelance 



January to March 2015 (possibility of extension)
LCC are looking to appoint a part time, freelance co-ordinator to be based at Burnley Library for the Blaze project. Blaze is a Lancashire County Council project that encourages and develops the next generation of cultural producers by creating exciting collaborations between young people, artists and cultural venues. We are looking for someone, who will work with and support the youth forum, will engage library staff and artists to create events and opportunities for young people and the wider public to get involved. The focus will be on their Portable Projection theme, which includes staging regular film screenings as well as other art forms. 



They are looking for someone with experience of working in the arts, is used to organising and promoting events and working with young people.
