Invitation to Tender for the Development and Delivery of a Marketing Action Plan for the Moffat Book Event (MBE) Garden Event

The Moffat Book Event (MBE) Group would like to invite publicists to submit their proposals for a marketing contract with MBE for their next event.  

The successful tenderer will be expected to deliver first class marketing work for the MBE group’s Garden Event. This will be an opportunity to contribute a professional service to a Moffat-based voluntary group that is producing exciting, varied and high quality events.
