Moving Image Networking Event - 6th December

“Moving Image Networking Event” at The Aston Hotel, 6th December

organised by D+G's new Creative Business Advocate for Film ....John Wallace

The aims of this free, half-day event are to:

- bring folks together and give us all a chance to meet and talk
- canvas those present about what can be done to better support and promote film, TV and other moving image disciplines locally
- look forward to the creation of a media education, development and production charity for the area.

Migrant Housing - England. Rural Media Company
We'll have Nic Millington along to share his insights into filmic doings in the back of beyond. Nic founded media communications charity The Rural Media Company 20 years ago in Hereford. Since then, they've done a great deal to support and develop the media sector in an area very similar to our own.

We have also invited John Harkins, Producer / Director at Brilliant Trees to say a few words. Brilliant Trees have won a bunch of awards over the years and work for BBC and ITV nationally, as well as locally.

For more information , or to book a place please contact Lesley Rogers by 2nd December.
