The CS Conversation Widens

The caring sharing folk of Creative Scotland have been good to their promise of listening to the sector....following last weeks announcement of the Open Session events around the country there was some mutterings about the geographic spread of the planned events. The Commonty's self-appointed (!) Glasgow correspondent Phillipa McSoirée predicted that her nephew (?) Phil Miller (of the Herald) would force a Glasgow date into the agenda and it seems that 'Big Phil' has succeeded in landing a high-profile session in Easterhouse. 

D+G folks will be quick to spot that one of the new dates is in Dumfropolis - so we now have a choice....whether to hire a bus and have a wee day out to somewhere exotic like Greenock, Inversneckie or Skye or to concentrate on showing some hospitality to visitors on home turf....or indeed both!
