Folk Legend's 1st Gig in Scotland in over 40 Years!

Folk legend Shelagh McDonald returns to play her first major Scottish gig in over 40 years at A’ the Airts in Sanquhar!

Friday 29th March, 7.30pm

Licensed bar from 7.00 pm

Before her sudden & mysterious disappearance in 1971, Shelagh was backed by many musicians from the British folk-rock scene. This included members of Fairport Convention and Pentangle (Richard Thompson, Dave Mattacks, Danny Thompson).

Described as
“….the closest anyone has ever come to crossing Joni Mitchell with Sandy Denny

She is joined at
A’ the Airts by the fantastic Zoe Bestel!

Altogether…a night not to be missed!
