We've been hearing chat for a while about a new artist studio group up at the Crichton in Dumfries town centre.......the group is coordinated by William Spurway and contains many ex-graduates of D+G College. A flyer was slipped into a pocket at the recent Yellow Door opening - and lo and behold....there is an open studio event at Solway House in the Crichton Quarter this Friday and Saturday:
I'm really looking forward to joining the other artists at Solway House. Sadly not quite finished decorating or moved in in time for open studio but looking forward to welcoming people along to my new studio/workshop space when I am up and running.
