The Stove is an artist-led organisation that delivers
participatory public arts projects in Dumfries & Galloway. We are a young, growing organisation, based
in Dumfries, with ambition to develop a centre for artistic activity at 100
High Street.

that will be a means for residents of Dumfries to play an active part in the

We are currently looking for a part-time Finance
Administrator, ideally suiting someone who is experienced, used to using their
own initiative, and who is interested in our work and aims. This role requires
a broad remit of financial administration duties.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administration of the day-to-day finances, including invoices
and payments
Experience with budgets and financial strategy
Preparing management accounts for board meetings
Preparing financial forecasts
ESSENTIAL
Previous financial experience
Experience in using Excel
Good IT skills
DESIRABLE
Experience of working with an arts organisation and/or grant
funded organisation
Happy to work flexible hours especially around busy periods,
including an initial set-up time
